Mail-In Personal Items & Memorabilia

Please allow approximately 2 - 4 weeks for items to be signed and returned.

A great number of people request Anthony Muñoz autographs on their own personal items and Mr. Muñoz donates his time on a regular basis to do so.

Instructions for Sending in Items

  • Download, complete and mail in order form with your items and payment.
  • Multiple personal items may be submitted in one order. Please make sure the number of items you are paying for reflects the number of personal items you are submitting. (i.e., If you are sending in three football cards, make sure you have three items properly noted on your order form.
  • Send your order form, items, payment and prepaid return shipping to:

Return Shipping

  • Item(s) must be accompanied with a self-addressed, stamped envelope and/or prepaid shipping label for return.
  • Any item(s) weighing more than 13 ounces require a prepaid shipping label for return and will not be accepted with stamps.


Timeline

Please allow approximately two to four weeks for items to be signed and returned.


Restrictions

Please note that the Anthony Muñoz  will NOT accept the following items:

  • Items previously signed by Anthony Muñoz  to have inscriptions added to them
  • Any unlicensed gear or photos

Any of these items will be refunded and returned unsigned.


All inscriptions are $15 each and max of 3. 

HOF 98 is free.
